yoof yoof yoof I'm sick of ****** yoof

all you hear is yoof yoof yoof, what's wrong with this country, the obsession with the ****** yoof in the media, politicians, everywhere... haven't they looked around, there are more older people than kids, and what really pisses me off (yes, I'm going now, here's my ****** high horse), the way in which old people are ignored, not spoken to, talked down to, treated as second class citizens as soon as they're over 60...... what galls me is the fact that the elderly make up the lions share of the population now...and they have been almost banned from TV and media, try turning on any reality show, and presenters, everyone is under 10 years old (all right slight exaggeration)...Its almost like the nation would prefer the elderly to be invisible. and then, if you are over - 30 and female you have to spend most of your time on the operating table (Jennifer Aniston), to get any work.....  It came to me when glancing at an excellent programme about the history of light entertainment and there were so many more older people on programmes, presenting programmes, and probably producing and directing them. Now when people are old and successful, they are the 'elder statesman' of .. blah blah, or the respected 'Queen of' ... blah blah, well, everyone, I want to make it very clear now, I will be getting old, I am probably old now, I have every intention of not being respectful, I don't want to be respected, I will certainly be protesting, campaigning, disgraceful, and probably wet my pants in bed every night.. so **** the boring yoof with nothing to say in their dullard ****** skinny jeans, I'm just going out to get some very baggy dungarees, and I have every intention of soiling them before bedtime.. what make me laugh (ha bloody ha), is that the elderly have all the money, the reason we are one of the richest nations is all the hard working older people running around in their sports cars taking expensive holidays, buying stuff, and the media and record companies predilection with 'yoof', its just laughable, as if 40 pluses don't want to listen to new music, patronising, but worse than that, bad business, rock on daddio, pass my catheter.,,,
