Jimi Hendrix

Customs inspectors at the Toronto International Airport arrested Jimi Hendrix in May 1969 for the possession of heroin and hashish. Hendrix claimed a fan, unbeknownst to him, slipped the drugs into his luggage. He was subsequently acquitted of the charges.

This made me think of the time when we lived next to a young couple with two small childrenfor some 12 months. One day we were surprised to read in the paper that the husband was "the Bicycle Bandit" - he would rob post offices and banks and get away by riding a bike! He was only arrested because he handed himself in! HE had a gambling problem...

Well Jimi Hendrix looks like he's fairly alert, Mr Blevins looks as stoned as a weasel. Either that or he's had a good old slug of the cooking sherry.
